We have tried to keep the "Small Print" easy  

Shipping:

Stock Goods: We ship same day for orders received Monday to Friday before 1:00pm. Orders received after 1:00 pm are posted next working day. (Saturday, Sunday orders are posted on Monday.

Special Orders:  Or orders that need alteration or making to customer specifications we notify you of dispatch date by email within 12 hours of receipt of order.

In the UK: We Use Royal Mail First Class Post for goods to a value of £30.00 we always obtain proof of posting.  We use Royal Mail First Class recorded for good to a value of £50.00.  We use Special delivery for all goods that exceed £50.00 in value.

Worldwide: We use Royal Mail Airmail for goods to a value of £30.00 we always obtain proof of posting.  We use Royal Mail International Signed for goods that exceed £30.00 Insurance is included in all postage rates.

Non Delivery:  We investigate and report all claims for non delivery to Royal Mail.  We ask our customers to report damage within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to immediately contact the Post Office and Investigate.  Claims for Postal damage submitted after that period are more difficult to trace and we take reserve against compensating if not immediately notified.  Please note we will supply replacement products not refunds for claims that are upheld.  If an identical replacement product is not available we will offer an alternative or your money back.

Payment:

UK Buyers:  We accept Credit Cards through our secure payments system. We also accept payments by  PayPal. Money Orders, Cashier’s Cheques, and Personal Cheques can also be sent.Please Note:  We  will not ship goods until the cheque clears (usually about 5 business days)  

Worldwide Buyers:We accept Credit Cards through our secure payments system. We also accept payments by  PayPal.

We will accept bank transfers for purchases over GB£100.00.  These transfers must be in GB£ and all charges paid by sender.

Buying - Please do not buy if you do not intend to complete the transaction.

All pictures, listings and descriptions are the copyright of Foxy-Tails and cannot be copied or replicated without the express written permission of Foxy-Tails.  Please note we try hard to faithfully replicate colours on our photographs... however these colour reproduction can vary depending on which screen you are using to view.  If you are unsure of a colour please email us and we will try either send you other pictures or send colour swatch.

Ethical Policy:

We have a strict ethical and environmental policy governing the management of our products.  Our tails are imported into the UK under a General Licence AW TAY GEN 2003 1180 Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) does not apply to this product.  We do not trade in endangered species.  All furs imported from the USA are in compliance with the United States Fish & Wildlife Services ( USFWS) Export Regulations and supplied by Fur Traders licensed to Import or Export from the USA.  All Furs imported from the European Union and Europe are imported under the prevailing regulations and requirements at time of import.  We do not import fur or fur products from China.  All our suppliers are audited and strictly comply with ethical and humane farming regulations.  We do not buy from Trappers or unregistered traders.

 

Returns Policy:

Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back the item within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges.If the goods are proved to be sub standard or faulty we will return your postage costs as well...both initial cost and return costs.

Special order returns are subject to a 40% restocking charge... we will make it clear on any invoice if the goods are subject to this charge...so you will know where you stand before payment.

Foxy-Tails will accept returns on all products. Foxy-Tails must receive the merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must be returned with their original packaging with the Foxy-Tails merchandise tag still intact.

Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. We advise you to use a tracked postage service i.e. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in post on return.

We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card or PayPal originally used to place the order.  Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
